Chico Rancheria Housing Corporation WHAT IS THE CHICO RANCHERIA HOUSING CORPORATION?
The Chico Rancheria Housing Corporation is the Tribally Designed Housing Entity and Community Based Development Organization of the Mechoopda Indian Tribe of Chico Rancheria. The Corporation provides housing assistance to Federally Recognized Tribal Members. Program eligibility is determined based on family size and household income. This organization is neither owned or controlled by the HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE. The jurisdiction of the Corporation includes Butte, Glenn and Tehama, counties for the following programs:
Low-Income Rental Housing
Emergency Housing Assistance
Family-Tenant Based Rental Assistance
Owner-occupied Home Rehabilition Assistance
The jurisdiction of the Corporation includes all areas of the United States for the remaining programs:
Elder's Owner-occupied Minor Rehabilitation AssistanceStudent-Tenant Based Rental Assistance
Homebuyer Assistance
AM I ELIGIBLE?
Eligibility for an assistance program is determined by the Chico Rancharia based on the total annual gross income and family size and is limited to Federally Recognized Tribal Members.
