Catalyst Domestic Violence Services

Catalyst has openings in our transitional housing Cottage Program. We have two cottages, which are 2 bedroom/1 bath and have a maximum occupancy of 4 persons.

Please read the "Cottage Eligibility and Application Process" document for details about submitting an application.

A couple of things to note:

• Applicants need not be a participant in Catalyst services, but should identify as a victim of intimate partner violence
• Applicants must be employed or be currently enrolled in school or a training program, OR if applicants are permanently disabled must have a self-sufficiency plan
• Please inform interested parties that the cottages are located in our housing program, which is a safe and confidential location

Applications are available at both of Catalyst's drop-in offices in Chico (330 Wall St. suite 50) or Oroville (2185 Baldwin Ave). Applications can also be printed from the document links below.

Applications are due by 5:00pm on Friday, June 13th, 2014 to:
• Catalyst's Chico Drop In Center (330 Wall St. Suite 50, Chico)
• Catalyst's Oroville Office (1931 Arlin Rhine Memorial Dr., Oroville)
• Or P.O. Box 4184 Chico, CA 95927.

Application packets for interested parties should include:

• Cottage Application completed (see below)
• All necessary documentation stated in the Cottage Eligibility and Application Process (see below)

Applicants are strongly encouraged to read the Cottage Program Agreements (see below) to ensure that the program will be a good fit. The application and agreements are available in both English and Spanish. The Eligibility and Process document will be available in Spanish shortly.
