Walker Commons

Walker Commons is a 56-unit apartment complex, consisting entirely of one-bedroom units, located near lower Bidwell Park in Chico. This project is reserved for elderly and disabled tenants.

Applicants who also have a one-bedroom Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8 voucher) may be eligible to apply that voucher toward their rent at Walker Commons.
