As only a limited number of units are available, the waiting process can take a while. When you near the top of the list and a unit becomes available, the HACB will contact you. It is your responsibility to make sure your contact information is correct. If we cannot contact you, you will be removed from the list. When your name nears the top of the list, HACB will contact you to determine your eligibility and start the process for leasing a unit.

General Eligibility Requirements
You do not have to be a resident of Butte/Glenn Counties to apply, however Creekside Place Senior Apartments units is a specific apartment complex located in Gridley. CA. Units are offered for this specific locations and are not Portable.

    ✓ This is a Senior community and you must be 62 years of age or older.
    ✓ You must be legally documented in the U.S.
    ✓ Anyone can be considered part of your household. You do not have to be related.
    ✓ You must meet the income eligibility requirements. Please see the table below.

Income Eligibility Requirements
In order for a family to be eligible for federal housing assistance in Butte County, the total household income must not exceed these established yearly income limits as listed on the table.
